Nick Punyamurthy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rail InfoTech, a premier technology and consulting firm dedicated to driving specialized innovation across the railroad and transit industries. Under his leadership, Rail InfoTech delivers niche products, advanced data analytics, and operational solutions to enterprise clients, including industry giants like CSX Railroad.

Rail InfoTech was spun off in 2025 as a specialized division of CompNova, an enterprise IT and consulting firm Nick founded in 2009. Over nearly two decades, he scaled CompNova from a streamlined, value-driven consulting practice into a massive, multi-state enterprise trusted by some of the largest corporations in the world. Nick’s organizations have achieved a rare operational milestone: remaining highly profitable every single year since inception, maintaining absolute financial stability through even the sharpest economic downturns.

Srinivas Nannapaneni is the Chief Technology Officer of Rail Infotech, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, AI-driven modernization, and large-scale engineering delivery for U.S. Class-I railroad clients. With more than 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, insurance, and railroad domains, he is recognized for architecting complex platforms, building high-performance global teams, and driving digital transformation across mission-critical environments.

Srini began his professional journey in 1995 as a Teaching Assistant at Nagarjuna University, before transitioning into software development—a shift that set the foundation for a distinguished technology career. Over the decades, he has led major modernization programs, enterprise product engineering initiatives, and multi-year transformation efforts across several industries.

Before joining Rail Infotech, Srini served as Vice President of Development at Compnova, where he led multiple large-scale railroad technology programs and enterprise modernization initiatives for U.S. transportation clients. His leadership in engineering execution, cloud adoption, and platform modernization positioned him as a trusted technology partner for railroads.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Srini is deeply committed to community service. He has organized numerous voluntary health camps focused on cancer and diabetes awareness and personally developed and donated a free EMR system to support rural and underserved patients—an initiative that continues to benefit low-income communities.

Srini holds an MBA in Applied Business and an MS in Computer Science, combining strong business acumen with deep technical expertise. Over the past two years as CTO of Rail Infotech, he has been instrumental in strengthening the company's engineering capabilities, expanding its AI and automation portfolio, and shaping the long-term technology roadmap for next-generation railroad solutions.

Denard assumed the role of Senior Director Support Operations-Onsite at Rail in June 2026 adding Midtier Support to his responsibilities. He is responsible for leading RailInfotech’s Mainframe and Midtier Support Teams for CSX Technology over 16 business areas. Denard joined RailInfotech as Senior Director Mainframe Operations – Onsite in July 2025.

Prior to joining RailInfotech, Denard served as Technical Director Enterprise Testing at CSX until his retirement of 30 plus year career at CSX. Denard previously served as Technical Director of Middleware for 6 years responsible for a large team supporting 70+ middleware products used across full spectrum of CSX Technology.

Denard began his career at CSX in 1987 as a programmer and worked in application development for about 7 years and rising to application architect. After leaving CSX to travel and do consulting for a few years, he returned to CSX as an independent contract worker where his expertise and experience was utilized for major efforts such as the successful acquisition and consolidation of CONRAIL Railroad and Y2K. Upon returning to CSX as a full-time employee in 2002, he resumed his career in Technology Operations as a Senior Systems Engineer supporting CICS, MQSeries and other middleware products. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Management Science and Information Technology from the University of Georgia.
